Student Dispersal

Non-Bus Students

  1. Kindly refrain from giving tetra pack juice boxes and packets of chips to children travelling in school buses. Instead, a light homemade snack may be provided in a tiffin box for consumption during the bus journey.
    • First Dispersal (Nursery – UKG) – 11.30 am
    • Second Dispersal (Classes I to VIII) – 2.00 pm
  2. Parents or duly authorised guardians must present the Escort Card at the school gate while receiving their ward. Students will not be released without the Escort Card.
  3. If a student needs to leave the school campus during school hours due to an emergency and by personal transport, parents/guardians are requested to follow the steps given below:
    • Submit a written application
    • Produce the Escort Card for verification
    • Sign the School Leaving Register
    • Collect a Permission Slip and show it at the school gate before departure
  4. If the Escort Card is lost or misplaced, release of the student will be permitted only upon submission of a written application signed by both parents and duly authorised by the Principal.
  5. No student will be allowed to stay back after school dispersal. Parents are advised to ensure timely pick-up of their child.
  6. Car pools are required to leave the school premises immediately after the first dispersal and must not remain on campus for the second dispersal.
  7. Students travelling by car pool will be released only after all school buses have departed from the school premises.
