Student Dispersal
Non-Bus Students
- Kindly refrain from giving tetra pack juice boxes and packets of chips to children travelling in school buses. Instead, a light homemade snack may be provided in a tiffin box for consumption during the bus journey.
- First Dispersal (Nursery – UKG) – 11.30 am
- Second Dispersal (Classes I to VIII) – 2.00 pm
- Parents or duly authorised guardians must present the Escort Card at the school gate while receiving their ward. Students will not be released without the Escort Card.
- If a student needs to leave the school campus during school hours due to an emergency and by personal transport, parents/guardians are requested to follow the steps given below:
- Submit a written application
- Produce the Escort Card for verification
- Sign the School Leaving Register
- Collect a Permission Slip and show it at the school gate before departure
- If the Escort Card is lost or misplaced, release of the student will be permitted only upon submission of a written application signed by both parents and duly authorised by the Principal.
- No student will be allowed to stay back after school dispersal. Parents are advised to ensure timely pick-up of their child.
- Car pools are required to leave the school premises immediately after the first dispersal and must not remain on campus for the second dispersal.
- Students travelling by car pool will be released only after all school buses have departed from the school premises.
