The inaugural annual exhibition of Ruby Park Public School was held on 21st December, 2019. Along with the exhibition a dazzling cultural program was also organised for the evening. The day began with the felicitation of the chief guest Brigadier NS Mukherjee , Ms. Smitha Nagar and Ms. Janaki Subudhi. It was followed by the lighting of the lamp by Ms. Joyita Mazumdar , Principal of Ruby Park Public School, Kolkata.
The exhibition was then opened for the parents to go around and see the artistic creations of the students. The mesmerising exhibits put up by the students was truly commendable.
Following the exhibition was a cultural program that set the mood for the winter festival – Christmas. The little munchkins of RPPS put up an energy packed dance performance on the song ‘This little light of mine, I am gonna let it shine…..’. Next, was a warm and soothing guitar performance by the senior students of the school. The last performance of the evening was a musical play depicting the life and story of Jesus Christ. The children melodiously sung songs on ‘Merry Christmas’ and ‘Happy New Year’ to wish one and all.
The event displayed the talent of the students and motivated them to do even better in the coming days.
