The philosophy of Swami Vivekananda continues to be a great source of inspiration to the youth of our Nation. In order to offer our tribute to the great teacher, we celebrate National Youth Day on 12th January every year. The students of Ruby Park Public School showcased a special cultural programme, created interesting craftworks and participated in the Chess Competition on this occasion to commemorate the versatile and multi-faceted personality of Swami Vivekananda. We are glad to share that Anindya Dutta, student of Class- VII stood first in the Chess Competition.
The Pre-Primary students gave a stellar dance performance and also sang patriotic songs to commemorate the vibrant, creative and intelligent spirit of this day. Students of Nursery and Lower KG dressed up as Swami Vivekananda and Sister Nivedita to revive their memories and honour their invaluable contribution. Ruby Park Public School aspires to instill these values and qualities in the youngsters of today who carry the promise of building New India tomorrow.
